Retired Military Judge

Mrs. Hall received her LL.M. in Labor and Employment Law from the University of San Diego, receiving the Paul, Plevin, Sullivan & Connaughton Award for Outstanding Achievement in Employment Law.  She served as a Labor and Employment Counsel for the Office of the General Counsel of the Department of the Navy for Marine Corps Installations-West.  Mrs. Hall defended the Department of the Navy in U.S. District Court, before the EEOC, the Merit Systems Protection Board, and participated in renegotiation of the collective bargaining agreement for NAF employees.  She represented the DON in numerous mediations, in arbitration, and in settlement negotiations.  

Following a six month internship with the Kenai District Attorney’s Office under the Marine Corps Skillbridge program, where she prosecuted cases for the State of Alaska in Homer and Kenai, Mrs. Hall retired from active duty and entered private practice at Gilman & Pevehouse.   Her practice consisted of contract disputes, construction matters, domestic mediations, settlement negotiations, custody and divorce law, aircraft mishaps, and real estate matters.
