Mrs. Hall is a board member of Alaska Labor Relations Agency.  

Mrs. Hall is on the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Services arbitration roster, the American Arbitration Association labor roster, the National Mediation Board Roster of Arbitrators, California SMCS arbitrator roster, Washington State PERC Dispute Resolution Panel, Hawaii Labor Relations Board, Montana Board of Personnel Appeals, Nevada Government Employee Management Relations Board,  Alaska Labor Relations Agency arbitration roster,  FINRA Dispute Resolution panel, and is a member of the Professional Mediators of Alaska  and ADR British Columbia.  She hears sports cases through ITP Sport of Canada.

Mrs. Hall has participated in hundreds of evidentiary and administrative hearings, mediations, administrative discharge boards, courts-martial, and state and federal lawsuits as a judge, a senior panel member, and an advocate.  She is available to hear matters of discipline, contract interpretation, occupational safety and health,  representation issues, employment law, and SCRA questions.  

She has experience in the defense, law enforcement, sports, healthcare, maintenance, transportation, education and service industries, and other groups within the public sector.
